In a highly monitored post-data society, we must adapt and create tools to bypass the countless tracking measures put in place. Robust encryption methods are predominantly unattainable and guaranteed secrecy is considered a luxury, only the favoured few can enjoy. In light of this, I have devised a DIY alternative which aims to reclaim confidentiality for all.

Subverting the craft of silkscreening, I have created a low-cost ink from baking soda, cornstarch & water, which can be layered over a design to camouflage the content beneath allowing makers to exert autonomy over what is considered public domain.

Ultimately, this tool offers designers the chance to communicate the reality of mass-surveillance to all and can potentially strive to create a new wave of guerrilla designers.
